Son varios los factores a tener en cuenta, lo primero es ver seg\u00fan mi nivel que playa voy elegir y que tipo de ola quiero ir a Surfear.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfGood to Epic que debo hacer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed me detengo un poco ya que muchas veces queremos entrar en lugares que no est\u00e1n aptos para nuestro Surf y solemos llevarnos ba\u00f1os poco motivadores y en otros caso sustos. Es en este punto cuando debemos tener en cuenta varios factores, uno de ellos como les dec\u00eda antes es si estoy en forma y tengo la capacidad de afrontar las condiciones a las que voy a entrar, adem\u00e1s de ello, si tengo el material adecuado. Partiendo de esto podremos tener claro cuales son las condiciones para las que estoy apto Surfear.<\/p>\n<p>Siempre que me despierto y tambi\u00e9n antes de dormir miro el parte, de como se viene desarrollando el Swell, la direcci\u00f3n que lleva esto es muy importante y es de lo que mas no tenemos que fijar ya que es la clave. Luego miro el viento, esto es lo que nos va a dar mayor claridad para elegir ese lugar perfecto. Los vientos en la costa gallega son fundamentales para el surf, el periodo es otra de la variantes que solemos no tener la claridad necesaria para ir con seguridad a nuestro ba\u00f1o, varia dependiendo de el lugar y el tipo de ola que vayas a Surfear, casi todos las playas que rodean nuestro <strong>SurfCamp en Baldaio<\/strong> suelen funcionar con periodos intermedio de 11, 12 y 13 segundo dependiendo de la energ\u00eda que traiga el Swell.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante que utilices todas estas herramientas a tu favor para que puedas seguir evolucionando, pero mucho mas importante es tener ese respeto por el mar y las olas que se da de dos maneras, cuidando de nuestras playas y, \u00bfde qu\u00e9 forma? pues siempre teniendo un gesto de llevarnos algo que no pertenezca a ella al salir del agua y la segunda, teniendo un comportamiento de respeto en el agua si acertaste en esa b\u00fasqueda de tu ola respetando los locales y el orden de prioridades dentro del agua.<\/p>\n<p>Utilizando estos factores, teniendo paciencia y entrenando adecuadamente en nuestra escuela de surf no estar\u00e1s muy lejos de pillar esa ola que tanto piensas, sue\u00f1as y que sobre todo te estas preparando para ella.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;     <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saber leer un parte de olas es indispensables para ir lo mas seguro posible a donde vamos a Surfear.
